MPAZI PHASE III - LOW-COST GOVERNMENT OF RWANDA HOUSING PROJECT

Mpazi Rehousing project is a project implemented by the City of Kigali in one of the surburbs (Kimisagara) to improve living conditions in unplanned settlement through ‘rehousing’ thereby transforming the area into a more habitable place. The project is implemented in partnership with Skat Consulting Rwanda through the PROECCO project supported by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation and UNHabitat.

Continuing our work with the Rwandan government’s low-cost housing initiative, we handled the electrical installations for Mpazi Phase II. This phase aimed to expand housing availability while maintaining safety and efficiency in electrical infrastructure.

As part of the government’s low-cost housing initiative, we were entrusted with the electrical installation for the Mpazi Phase I project. Our goal was to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable electrical infrastructure for this large-scale residential development.

Tasks Accomplished:

The successful completion of this project has contributed to Rwanda’s low-cost housing development, providing residents with a secure and well-powered living environment.
